Acanza Health Group, LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company operates the internet website located at www.acanza.com (the “Site”) in support of its ownership and operation of a licensed marijuana facility in the state of Arkansas in which such uses are permitted by local and State law. All marijuana products listed on the Site are offered by the Acanza facility solely under conditions in which such products may be legally sold.
